Shubhashish Mazumder Bappa (born 5 February ), better known as Bappa Mazumder,[1] is a Bangladeshi singer, lyricist and music composer.[2] He is the lead singer of the rock band Dalchhut, which he formed in with Sanjeeb Choudhury.[1]
Mazumder won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Music Composer for the song "Na Jani Kon Oporadhey" in the film Swatta ().[3] His notable songs include Pori, Din Bari Jay, Surjo Snan, Bioscope, Raater Tren, Baji, Labh Khoti, Amar Chokhe Jol, Chhilo Gaan Chhilo Pran and Kothao Keu Nei.[1]
